Three steel forms reimagine the sloping grounds as a site for field studies or excavations in botany, hydro-geology and paleontology––some of the disciplines taught in the department. The graphic cutout images are sourced from college collections. The undulating profiles and shapes come from the topography and geography of Western Nebraska.
