Incrementally

2010 granite, trees

Commissioned by Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs & Seattle Public Utilities.

Four related sculptures inhabit a storm water facility in Madison Valley where flooding has caused damage and loss of life. Interactions between trees, stone and other natural forces will shift, heave and crack the blocks over time, continuing the form-making process that has been initiated.
